How a job runs
From first call to final grade

Site walk
We come out and look at the ground: grade, soil, ledge, drainage, and how we get a machine in there. No charge for the visit.

Written quote
Scope, price, and a realistic window. If the ground holds a surprise, you hear about it before we start, not after.

Permits and locates
Town and state approvals, and a Dig Safe call before anything breaks ground. We handle the paperwork on septic and road work.

The work
Machines on site, a crew who cleans up daily, and a phone number that gets answered while the job is running.

Final grade
Graded, seeded where it should be, and left so the next trade can work. We walk the finished site with you before we invoice.
Where we work
Serving southern Maine
We are based in York and most of our work sits within about a forty-minute drive of the yard. If you are further out and the job is big enough to be worth the trip, call and ask.
That covers York, Kittery, Eliot, and South Berwick, up the coast through Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, and inland to Berwick, North Berwick, Sanford and Alfred.
